Sweet 16 Glam Session | Studio Portraits with Couture Dress & Professional Hair and Makeup

There’s nothing quite like a Sweet 16 — it’s such a special milestone, and I was beyond excited to celebrate it with my beautiful niece in the most unforgettable way: a glam birthday photoshoot!

For her 16th birthday, I gifted her a fully styled photography session complete with couture dresses, professional hair and makeup, and the full portrait studio experience. Our original plan was to shoot outdoors in the spring sunshine, but Indiana had other plans. With a rainy weekend ahead, we pivoted and brought the magic indoors to the portrait studio — and it turned out stunning!

The couture gowns were rented from Your Fairy Godmother Couture, and they couldn’t have been more perfect for this sweet occasion. Flowing fabric, elegant details, and that fairytale feel gave her the chance to truly shine and feel like royalty. Hair and makeup were beautifully done by the talented team at Tyler Mason Salon and Spa, adding the perfect touch of polish and confidence before stepping in front of the camera.

As her aunt and photographer, it was such a joy to see her light up during the session. I loved getting to pamper her a bit, watch her confidence bloom, and capture this season of her life in a way she’ll always remember.
