There is something incredibly special about photographing twin newborns — and this twin girl newborn session was one I will never forget.

These two sweet baby girls were just 14 days new, which is such a perfect age for those sleepy, curly, snuggly poses. They settled in beautifully next to each other, like they’ve already figured out that their sister is their lifelong best friend. Watching twins instinctively cuddle together is pure magic.

Babies #4 and #5 — Welcomed by Three Proud Big Sisters

These precious twins make babies four and five for this beautiful family — and they are already so loved. They join three big sisters, and let me tell you… those girls were smitten.

One of my favorite parts of any newborn session is incorporating the entire family. Sibling images are always so meaningful, especially when there’s a big crew involved! Seeing five sisters together was such a gift to capture. These are the portraits that will hang on walls for decades.

As a newborn photographer, I truly believe family images are just as important as the posed baby portraits. Years from now, these girls will treasure seeing how tiny their baby sisters once were — and how proud they were to hold them.

Twin Newborn Safety Is My Top Priority

When photographing newborn twins, safety is always my utmost priority. From supporting their heads and necks, to ensuring they are posed securely and comfortably, every setup is done with intention and care.

Having my assistant by my side during twin sessions makes such a difference. I am so incredibly grateful for her steady hands, watchful eye, and constant help. With two babies, an extra set of trained hands is essential — and together we make sure your little ones are safe, supported, and comfortable at all times.
