Digital images are not included with the session fee for most sessions. You can purchase your favorite images at your ordering session, and most sessions include a product credit that can be applied toward digitals, prints, or other products.

The exception is wedding packages, which do include all digital images along with download access and a print release.

I am based out of Brownsburg, IN.  If you are in a 50 mile radius of Indianapolis, then I can travel to your location at no extra charge.  Locations outside of the 50 mile radius will incur an extra fee based on mileage.

The first step is to schedule a consultation session so we can chat about your vision, preferences, and the perfect session for you. Consultations can take place in person or via Zoom, and you can schedule your consultation right from my website.

After your consultation, we’ll select a session date and complete your booking to reserve your spot. If you have any questions beforehand, feel free to reach out via email or phone—I’m happy to help!

I can accept cash, check, credit card, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. Checks should be made payable to Kelly Dawn Photography.

My goal is to provide you a proofing gallery within 2 weeks of the session.  Most clients will receive their galleries in about 7 days.  Busier times of the year, like fall, can take longer.

Cancellation of a photo session made two weeks prior to the appointment date will be honored and the full deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made within two weeks of the appointment date will result in the forfeiture of any deposits made.

Wedding cancellation details will be provided in the Wedding Contact
