MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 15 minutes of shooting time. "Please note: This photo session is limited to members of a single household family only. Thank you for your understanding!"

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Because Mini Sessions are available on a limited basis, all Mini Session bookings are final and non-refundable. They cannot be rescheduled to another date or time. If you are unable to attend your Mini Session, however, you are welcome to gift or re-sell it to a friend or family member.

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Sunday, November 24 is the make-up date

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Kelly Dawn Photography.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
